By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through this website and/or communicating with Kwasida Afi in any fashion you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following:

 

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. Any information, communication and/or consultations with Kwasida Afi  or this website is for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.

4. No spiritual reading or coaching session given by Kwasida Afi is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.

5. Kwasida Afi accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Kwasida Afi.

6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Kwasida Afi, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

7. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from Kwasida Afi , Owner, and Publisher.

8. Privacy Policy: I take your privacy of information very seriously. On my site, I do not store any credit card information. My merchant provider is PayPal, and you will make your payment either through your PayPal account or simply using your personal credit card. PayPal is recognized world wide, and is known for its great service, integrity, and security. All personal information is held in complete confidence. There is never any sale of personal information to any third party. At any time your request to add or delete your personal information from our records it will be honored. All information between you and myself in sessions is completely private and is never shared.

9. Payment Policy (Cancellations and Refunds).

   • Readings and Coaching sessions are scheduled and paid for in advance.

   • Readings, one-hour individual, and group coaching sessions are non-refundable

• Individual Coaching Packages:

  • All sessions are prepaid and scheduled in advance. No shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged the full price for the missed session.

  • Should you decide you don't want to continue coaching after our the first session, unused portions of coaching packages will be refunded, on a prorated basis. To receive this refund, you must notify me via email within 24 hours after the initial session. Failure to do so will forfeit your opportunity for a refund. All refunds are issued within 30 days

  • If I need to reschedule a session, I will provide 24 hrs notice. If I need to reschedule less than 24 hrs in advance I will refund the cost of 1 session. ​​

• 10. You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
